Nice personalized monogrammed sign for your home, ranch or farm. This sign measures about 16” tall and approx. 10” wide and cut 16 gauge steel. Sign limited to about 7 characters. It comes Powder Coated in several colors to include rusted. The rusted version is chemically aged/rusted and NOT SEALED unless specifically asked to do so at the time of purchase. Rusted signs are made to look old, aged and vary in appearance. We do not control the outcome of the rusted look by manipulating it. Some of them have run marks, some the edges are frayed. Powder coating is a high-quality polymer resin finish electro-statically sprayed onto the sign. It is then cured in an oven at 400° where it melts the resin powder together. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues. It's tough. It looks great. And it lasts a long, long time.
