Nice sign for your garage. This sign measures about 16” wide and 15.5” tall. It is cut from 16 gauge steel. It comes Powder Coated in several colors to include rusted. The rusted version is chemically aged/rusted and NOT SEALED unless specifically asked to do so at the time of purchase.
Powder coating is a high-quality polymer resin finish electro-statically sprayed onto the sign. It is then cured in an oven at 400° where it melts the resin powder together. It provides a more durable finish than liquid paints can offer, while still providing an attractive finish. Powder coated products are more resistant to diminished coating quality as a result of impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions. In turn, this reduces the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues. It's tough. It looks great. And it lasts a long, long time.
